Most people start to see results within 4 to 8 sessions, while those who are easily hypnotized may see results after only 1 or two visits.

What kind of results should I expect?

It is true that issues which have taken years to reach their current level and have resisted alternative attempts to address them are frequently able to be helped with hypnotherapy. Sometimes the results seem miraculous. However, hypnosis is not magic.

Results range from those who are able to address their issues 100% (rare) to those who find that hypnosis does not work for them at all (also rare). Most people experience significant improvements, beyond their expectations.
